Easter Lambs

It is always hard to continue to manage animals during a farm relocation - even if it is only a short distance away. Relocating a working farm, onto another working farm, is far from easy. The results are lots of kinks, thinking on the fly, and troubleshooting unexpected problems. Add into the mix, the unexpected weather of Northwestern Ontario and you get our yearly crazy lambing time.

As a bonus, the lambs chose to start arriving on Easter weekend, which meant that everyone was home and able to help with the chaos of lambing season. To date, we have 13 little lambs running around with moms in the barn, and patiently awaiting the arrival of many more.
